Shipping policy

All boards are shipped form Florida, using the most convenient carrier. Shipments are insured against damage and breakage. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please save all the packing materials and contact Sales@EastCoastPaddlesurfing.com

Returns

All our boards and paddles are guaranteed for 45 days. In the rare case you find a manufacturer's defect, please return the item to:

Privacy

Your personal information is safe with us. We will never share, sell, or pass on your information to anyone, and any credit card information you give us is transfered through a secure server, and deleted from our records as soon as the order is processed.
